Service Description

In this class, you will learn what you need to know to make breastfeeding a successful and rewarding experience. This will include: * How to hold your baby and position your baby at the breast. * What should happen right after birth * How to prevent or heal sore nipples * How to better manage breastfeeding, eating, and sleeping * Troubleshooting milk supply problems * Starting solids and weaning * Health benefits for your baby and you You may bring up to one other attendee with you, either your partner or parent.
